Neurac offers a therapy beginning at the root of a problem. In most cases, 4-6 therapy units are sufficient to restore good muscle and joint functions to a point, where participation in a Redcord Active group training is possible. It is also possible to train at home according to a training plan. We recommend consulting your therapist. Neurac exersises reconnect muscle groups used for support and movement with your brain as the supreme “control centre” – with highly effective results: muscles and muscle chains reconnect and learn to work together again in an optimal way. Like a well-rehearsed orchestra. Pain and dysfunctions can be reduced.
